Job Description
Our Olathe, KS location is seeking a well-rounded IT professional to join the team. The right person will have experience in multiple IT disciplines and be equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Production and Operations has a variety of software, and a critical aspect is ensuring that these systems are maintained to the defined service levels. Along with maintaining existing software this role will work in cooperation with the business to identify areas where custom applications are needed to improve processes and reduce overall costs.
This position reports to the Manager of Enterprise Applications and is based out of our Olathe, KS office. This is a hybrid position that will require work related to most IT systems at our distribution center as well as provide support to WMS/TMS systems.
As the Jr. Systems Analyst , you will have the opportunity to:
Be the initial point of contact on site for all IT issues and will support local technology needs for the end user community.
Implement, Test, Deploy, and help to Enhance Vista’s WMS/TMS and production/operations systems by direction of the WMS/TMS System’s Developer.
Work side by side with System’s Developer to assist in architecting solutions based on business needs.
Provide IT project support for new business initiatives including contributing to the vision and future of the brand.
Collaborate and support the development of Reports and Dashboards to allow the business to track processes.
Create or maintain as required software documentation on all production applications.
Work with 3rd party technology companies as needed to implement technology solutions to customers.
Available for a 40-hour on-site work week with on-call availability on an as needed basis
Read technical manuals, confer with users, and conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems and provide technical assistance and support.
Provide computer/telephone orientation to new Site Support Services staff members
You have:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field; education may be unnecessary given strong equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience with application design, development, and implementation experience; including automated data collection, visualization, workflow, database applications, scheduling, and interfaces to ERP systems.
Working knowledge of: Desktop Hardware, Windows, Desktop environments, ERP Systems, Networking, and basic services like DHCP and DNS.
Proficiency with all Microsoft desktop operating systems as well as MS Office and other standard desktop applications
Experience imaging, configuring, and troubleshooting PC workstations.Experience configuring and troubleshooting Zebra label printers and handheld Scanners.
Experience working in a large corporation with multiple locations.
Strong team orientation with the ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with employees at all levels across all departments.
Prior experience providing both onsite and remote support for end users.
Understanding of responsive web design, database design and data visualization
Excellent leadership, motivational and communication skills
Pay Range:
$80,700.00 - $126,300.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
