We?re seeking a polite, enthusiastic, customer service, and sales person with subject matter expertise in aftermarket parts to join our IPA Sales team at our Olathe, KS facility. As an?IPA?Inside Sales Representative, you?ll be responsible for expanding our business and increasing?sales with existing accounts with the objective to meet monthly sales commission quota and maintain customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

+ Grow and maintain customers including taking inbound and making outbound calls to a variety of existing and potential customers, while meeting the minimum outbound talk time required daily

+ Leverage knowledge of IPA sales processes and material handling and industrial parts to identify customer needs, and present all appropriate products and services

+ Build and foster effective customer relationships and sales opportunities to support meeting required sales objectives

+ Develop low value, new and/or inactive customers

+ Navigate in and research information within company ERP and CRM systems to check product price and availability, correspond and enter customer feedback and/or action items, and record quotes

+ Identify and resolve basic or moderately complex customer complaints or questions, investigate problems, develop solutions and prepare return authorizations


+ Communicate with customers to gather claims information and notify customers of all backordered items and provide delivery dates

+ Assist Regional Sales Managers by providing quotations, sharing information regarding new customers and leads and making requests for customer visits

+ Leverage established TVH parts, sales and customer relations processes, concepts, and systems to provide effective and timely customer service

+ Complete (and may lead) well defined small basic or moderately complex tasks and/or projects

+ Gather and use competitive market information to create sales opportunities and customer relationships

+ Create brand awareness and promote tools and services to support our value proposition

+ Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of sales processes and procedures, industry, competition, products and services

+ Attend IPA sales staff meetings and product training as required

+ Work collaboratively with customers, management and team members to manage and achieve departmental and balanced scorecard objectives, task prioritization and effective use of resources

+ Work professionally and in a positive and respectful manner with other TVH departments
