Job Description

Fixed Site Supervisor

As a Site Supervisor, you’ll be on the front lines providing operations and maintenance supervision on an Anaerobic digestion industrial wastewater treatment system with Biogas reclamation.. This mission critical role involves working on a variety of technologies including; biological wastewater treatment & anaerobic digestion along with biogas reclamation. About the role:

-Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance

-Oversee/Conduct critical and preventative maintenance and calibration

activities on equipment.

-Perform analytical testing such as: pH, COD, DO, Ammonia, ATP, TSS, 30-min settling tests, Phosphorus, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements.

-Review lab data and make appropriate process changes based upon plant conditions and laboratory results.

-Monitor, adjust and maintain chemical injection systems

-Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts. -Carry out mechanical, electrical and control troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation.

-Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed.

-Consult with customer management and operation teams.

-Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications.

-Meet customer access requirements to sites.

-Other duties as required.

Qualifications

About You:

This is a service role and you’ll bring your positive attitude to work with you every day because making other people happy makes you happy. To be successful in this role you should havethe following:

-High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification OR international equivalent

-3+ years experience with the supervision operation, and maintenance of Anaerobic digestion wastewater treatment systems

-3+ years experience with the supervision operation, and maintenance of Biogas reclamation systems

-Bachelor or Associates Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or technical certificate in Instrumentation, Controls or programming and/or water treatment equipment including UF/MBR Working experience with PLC control systems, PLC programming and troubleshooting is preferred

-Ability to gain and maintain access to sites as assigned

-Valid Driver’s License

-Anaerobic digester operating experience
