Garmin ERP Application Analyst 2 in Olathe, Kansas

Garmin International seeks ERP Application Analyst 2 (Olathe, KS; Multiple Positions): Gathers and documents detailed requirements and collaborates with others to determine moderately complex functional and/or solution designs. Identifies advanced test scenarios and tests customizations and configurations. Implements, configures, and supports oracle ebusiness suite applications as well as other business applications. Gathers and documents detailed requirements for business needs and collaborates with others to determine moderately complex functional and/or solution designs. Demonstrates a detailed understanding and execution of the software development lifecycle. Demonstrates proficiency with troubleshooting and research tools (i.e. myoraclesupport, e-trm, implementation guides, etc.) To perform complex moderately complex troubleshooting. Identifies interdependencies in programs. Identifies more advanced test scenarios and adequately tests customizations and configurations. Responsible for planning small/medium sized projects or tasks. Makes substantial contributions to determining feasibility of goals/objectives. Provides reliable solutions to a variety of problems using sound problem solving techniques including ability to find root cause and corrective action for given problems. Serves as a mentor to less experienced application analysts. Demonstrates proficient use and knowledge of established standards and procedures. Consistently demonstrates quality and effectiveness in work documentation and organization. Understands change is important and adapts well. Welcomes constructive feedback as an opportunity to improve. Professionally approaches situations in which conflict is present. Applies Garmin’s mission statement and quality policy and exhibits enthusiasm for and a desire to see Garmin succeed. Requirements: \n\nBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field, plus 2 (two) years of experience in the enterprise business applications environment and demonstrated experience in the following:\n\n\n\tat least two of the following module suites: logistics, order management, manufacturing, or procurement\n\tpl/sql(programming language/structured query language),toad, oracle sql developer, jira, hp alm, confluence, data loader, and ms office tools\n\toracle application tools (e.g. workflow, etc.)\n\tprepare oracle documentations br100, md050, and md070\n\timplementing, configuring, and supporting oracle ebusiness suite applications\n\tsoftware development lifecycles such as agile, waterfall, oracle aim or other methodologies\n\ttroubleshooting and research tools including myoraclesupport and implementation guides\n\tproduction support\n\n\n
