May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications
Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
Manage and place incoming telephone calls Requirements - Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Deep understanding of deliveries
Earlier work involving About Time
Comprehension of enterprise resource planning
Well-founded grasp of Invoice
Wide ranging experience with supervising
Proven knowledge of procedures
Documentation experience preferred
Experience with Onboarding
Previous experience working with pricing
Solid understanding of Stakeholders
General familiarity with Microsoft Word
Prior experience with credit
Comprehensive knowledge of customer service
Expertise in communication
Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Office Suites
Practical knowledge of Email Correspondence
Microsoft Excel experience highly desired
Hands-on experience with Clerical Duties

2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired
Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
