Summary

Are you looking for professional experience at a great company in banking and finance? This might be the opportunity for you! We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company in our Commercial Card Services Operation Team. This eight-week internship helps college students gain meaningful work experience through targeted educational opportunities to develop them as future organizational leaders . Olathe, KS (Hybrid)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Work on various projects within the Card Services Operation Department.

  • Create standardize email templates for team

  • Research and shadow card employees to create internal documentation around processes and procedures

  • Assist others in the department/facility as needed and/or directed.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative and accountability

  • Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills

  • Experience working in a team environment

  • Working knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Word

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Student in Penultimate year or final year in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program (tentative graduation date 2025-2026). Degree emphasis in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any related field

Work Schedule

  • Summer Internship, 40 hours per week.

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00-5:00 P.M

  • Location: Olathe Station

During the internship, students will work on projects with their respective groups, receiving feedback and performance evaluations based on accuracy, completeness and timeliness. At the conclusion of the internship, interns will present their overall experience to the senior leadership team, including key concepts learned and an overview of each project.
