We?re looking for a full-time Advertising Account Executive for our headquarters in greater Kansas City. In this role you will be responsible for through a proven and in-depth knowledge of integrated advertising and marketing communications? techniques, developing and leading a highly effective advertising initiative in keeping with the segments? product marketing goals. Marketing aptitude, advertising know-how, effective communication and skillful project management are required in this highly responsible advertising professional. Other essential functions include:

+ Primary liaison with the Product Marketing Manager with whom marketing goals are established and advertising requirements are defined

+ Serve in a client facing leadership role in the execution of segment initiatives

n

+ Develop weekly status updates and detailed campaign reports of segment marketing activities for key stakeholders

n

+ Ensures segment relations are positive and stable and that the Advertising Account Executives Manager is immediately informed of any potential challenges

n

+ Analyzes segment input, together with background knowledge, field research, channel feedback, etc., to produce integrated advertising plans

n

+ Directs the creative strategy based on the segment?s product marketing plan (PMP) and budget while overseeing all Communications department activities

n

+ Ensures that advertising objectives are approved by the segment, and understood by the creative and media groups
