The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor is responsible for the leadership, functional management and overall coordination of production during 2nd shift, covering the Surface Mount, Final Assembly and Test departments. The position reports to the Electronic Manufacturing Manager.


  • Hours are Monday thru Thursday 3:00pm to 12:30am. Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm. Every-other-Friday off. Occasional extension of typical hours may be necessary, dependent upon business needs.


  • $70,000 - 80,000 yearly salary depending on experience!

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of manufacturing management experience in electronic industrial products manufacturing

  • A proven record of achieving production, delivery, quality and safety objectives in a growing technology or industrial product organization

  • Demonstrated leadership skills to build, inspire and retain a high-performance manufacturing team

  • Proven ability to plan and manage at a department level

  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff in a results-driven, team-oriented environment

  • Must be proficient in writing, reading and speaking the English language

  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office suite

Physical Requirements:

  • Physical fitness and strength to lift and operate electrical machinery up to 25 pounds

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
