In this role, you will be responsible for working in one or more vital areas of Customer Repair to maintain Customer Unit compliance in Receiving, Shipping and Repair. Other essential functions include: \n\n\n\n\t\n\tReceiving product onto the Customer Repair system: \n\t\n\n\n\n This includes sorting and opening customer product\n\n Receiving units into Oracle and MS Access\n\n\n\n\t\n\tOperate standard test equipment and conduct functional, operational and environmental tests on products\n\t\n\t\n\tExchange of consumer and marine products\n\t\n\n\n\n Transferring customer data and corresponding with the customer through a typed Service Report\n\n\n\n\t\n\tShipping Product\n\t\n\n\n\n This includes weighing, packaging and boxing product\n\n Processing units into Kewill database Qualified candidates possess a High school diploma or equivalent.
