Job DescriptionThe Maintenance Scheduler Planner is accountable for reducing equipment downtime, loss prevention, and related site costs by driving the organization to a planned proactive state through the use of validated procedures. These procedures rely on the Planner to apply skilled competencies beyond the level of the technician in order to properly plan and coordinate manpower, parts, and materials for their assigned areas of responsibility. The individual is the liaison between Maintenance and Operations; developing and maintaining appropriate job plans, records, and files to permit optimal execution and analysis of all planned work done.


Primary Responsibilities* Detailed job planning and preparation* Conduct analysis for job requirements* Parts Management* Maintain Maintenance System (CMMS) database* Asset Management* Manage PM’s, Work Orders, Emergency Repairs* Send Material Master Request to MDG* Perform CMMS SAP/SAM training for all associates and required personnel as needed* Must be able to follow PM Pillar process when adding new equipment* Generate reports to measure maintenance Key Performance Indicators. PM Compliance, Work Order Aging, Reactivity, etc* Provide a graded down day plan that is based on a balanced ratio of PMs and planned work that drives equipment specific reliability* Must be able to create Request for Proposals for contracted work to include cost following the PepsiCo bidding policies* Must be able to inspect all contracted work that meets our expectations on quality of work* Various other duties to fulfill business need


MRS:* Align Orders using Demand Layout* Assign Revisions to work orders* External Resource Creation and Transfer* Mass Time Allocation and Time Allocation* Bundle demands and demand split* Assign Production Resource tools* Assign Resource to Operation in Resource view. Split assignment if necessary. Resolve Collisions


Compensation and Benefits:* Expected salary range is $54 - $69K annualy* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement* Other benefits, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan


Qualifications/Requirements* Experience as an Engineering and/or Maintenance technician or equivalent experience* Strong competencies in technical knowledge and project management* Formal and hands-on training in the use of computer desktop and project tracking,* Good oral/written communication skills to include presentation skills* Good administrative and mathematical skills* Able to read blueprints and shop drawings* Prior experience working within and maintaining budgets.* High school degree/GED* Helpful Experience* Be a change agent in moving the Maintenance organization to a proactive status* Willingness to expand knowledge of business* Strong work ethic including the ability to multitask & prioritize* Ability to adapt to ever changing business needs* Ability to work under intense conditions* Very Organized* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.* Associate's degree in a related field preferred* Covid-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment dependent on role and location.
