Kansas Employer Agricultural Equipment Operator in Meade, Kansas

We have have irrigation and dry land acres, and irrigate with pivots. We harvest our own wheat and soybeans. Employees will assist with irrigation, tractor work, and harvest of the crops. Employees will operate a tractor, combine or other farm equipment to haul the grain to the storage location. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Non smoking or vaping employees only. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employers discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employers discretion.
Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence is offered. Housing is also provided. Please contact employer for further details.
