ManpowerGroup Pharmaceutical Technical Writer- Hybrid Role in Mcpherson, Kansas

Our client, a leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturer is seeking 3 Technical Writers to join their team.

Job Title:Pharmaceutical Technical Writer

Location: McPherson, KS

Remote 3 weeks per month, 1 week onsite, must be local

Pay Range: $32-38/hr on W2

What’s the Job?

  • Will support the laboratory and manufacturing departments with creating various technical documents

  • You will work on documents, such as standard operating procedures (SOP), master production records (MBR), master formulation records (MFR), CAPAs, change controls, investigations, deviations, and technical memos.

  • Contribute to completion of project milestones and organize own work to meet project task deadlines.

  • Assist with the management of scheduled periodic review of production documentation and templates, as well as the update of documentation to align with company policy practices and standards.

  • Facilitate document reviews with stake holders.

  • Implement changes needed base on corrective action preventative action (CAPA) and change control commitments.

  • Initiate and participate in the generation and implementation of continuous improvement (CI) ideas.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelors degree and 3-5 years experience in GMP/FDA manufacturing site with expert technical writing

  • Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, etc) TrackWise, SAP, LIMs

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to details- both written and verbal

  • Extensive CAPA management, QMS, laboratory investigations, deviations, change controls
