About This Role:
Research Technician - Kansas Wild Turkey Research. This position will perform duties associated with initiation of state-wide research project on wild turkeys including establishing research sites, and developing landcover maps.

This position is eligible for hybrid worksite. Work is performed partially remote and partially on employer premises or designated assignment location. This position is required to be performed on-site a minimum of 3 days per week on employer premises or designated assignment location.

What You\'ll Need to Succeed:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires a high school diploma.
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.S. in natural resources or related field
- Experience with GIS and other computing systems to create landcover maps
- Experience in collaboration with Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks
Other Requirements:
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.

Anticipated Hiring Pay Range:
\$14.61 - \$24.83 per hour (\$30,383 - \$51,639 annually)
