About This Role:
The Department of Special Education, Counseling, and Student Affairs seeks an organized and task-oriented individual who is eager to take initiative, to share ideas, and to experience professional growth while fulfilling the responsibilities of the Program/Project Associate position. The candidate will oversee the management of the department office while providing administrative support to the department Chair. The candidate will also assist with recruitment and retention efforts for all four program areas within the department and will support departmental faculty as requested in ways that advance their teaching, research, and service obligations. This nature of this position requires a self-directed individual who is capable of completing the job responsibilities in a professional, timely, and independent manner.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
Requires a high school diploma and two years of relevant experience
+ Bachelor's degree in education or related field
+ Knowledge of college and university work environments
+ Experience recruiting prospective college or university students and/or supporting current college or university students

Anticipated Hiring Salary Range:
