Specializing in workforce issues and key metrics, you will actively assist the Director of K-State 105 coordinate programs, projects, and various operational tasks.\ \ Working with the K-State 105 team, this support role involves overseeing the assigned area of responsibility, streamlining program operations, and providing crucial assistance in implementing solutions. Reporting directly to the Director of K-State 105, your responsibilities include maintaining efficient workflows, triaging inquiries, and organizing information for the team.\ \ Your interpersonal skills will shine as you engage with stakeholders, offering valuable support, and facilitating effective communication within the initiative. You\'ll play a key role in enhancing the efficiency of K-State 105 initiatives, contributing to our ongoing success.   • Requires a bachelor\'s degree. This position may use an educational equivalency as determined relevant by a hiring manager.

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a keen understanding of higher education and workforce-related issues.
