Responsible for the design and creative duties related to marketing and advertising campaigns through print, web, and social media. Engages the consumer to take action in all channels including research, strategy and execution of visual solutions; presenting ideas, adhering to marketing goals, objectives, and timelines throughout the creative development process.
+ Develop marketing and advertising campaigns through research and execution of the creative process using visual solutions, preparing design comps, presenting ideas, planning and executing photo shoots, re-touching imagery, preparing marketing collateral for both print and web.
+ Lead projects from concept to completion through the unified process of marketing/concept/design and post-production execution.
+ Assist in the implementation of local media plans; including graphics for print, web and social media campaigns.
+ Work collaboratively with Marketing Coordinator(s), creative team, marketing specialists and media specialist to effectively develop marketing projects and advertising campaigns.
+ Collaborate with appropriate parties to create in-store and exterior signage for all brands.
+ Collaborate in writing marketing/advertising copy.
+ Analyze market characteristics; competitors, media outlets, & events in order to stay up to trend and relevant to the customer.
+ Organize and maintains digital assets, templates, logos, brand identities, and marketing collateral for easy reference and retrieval.
+ Regularly navigate through online material to test functionality, visual appeal, and user experience for all brands.
+ Complete a position specific training plan, and engages in continuous improvement utilizing a developmental plan.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
+ Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications or related field.
+ 2+ years of experience, or combination of education and experience.
+ Strong computer skills: working knowledge of MS Office; proficient with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, & Acrobat; experience with Fireworks and Dreamweaver.
+ Strong problem solving skills and ability to effortlessly multi task while working in a fast paced team environment.
+ Must be very detail oriented.
+ Ability to quickly make tough decisions to meet deadlines, pro-actively seeks solutions.
+ Ability to work with limited supervision, highly self-motivated.
+ Demonstrates ability to follow up on assignments, and knows how to prioritize tasks.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team oriented environment.
+ Working knowledge of social media.
