HCI Hospitality Director of Operations (AKA "Top Dog") in Manhattan, Kansas
As the “Top Dog”, you are responsible for hiring, training, and developing each location’s GM and the area managers who oversee GM’s. You will also manage our centralized reservation center and operations support staff as well as oversee marketing and new store openings. In short, although there will be loads of talent and support around you, this is your puppy! Skills Required * Proven track record (8+ years) leading a multi-site organization * Strong history of developing people, including strategic internal bench growth * Must be able to independently manage projects from beginning to end including; resources, communications, and working with necessary partners * Capable of evaluating operations and setting and communicating strategies and priorities to lead the team and profitability * Strong financial acumen and previous P&L responsibility * Prior experience in managing operations across multiple locations * Executive level communications with home office leaders and leaders in the field * Dog lover Position Requirements * Minimum Bachelor’s degree 10+ years business experience * Live in Manhattan, KS but have the ability to travel 35% of the time across the Midwest region To the right individual, this is a unique opportunity to develop an amazing concept into a regionally recognized brand that makes people’s lives better by helping them with their fur family.
