This position involves undergraduate and graduate teaching and mentoring, productive research activity, and service to the department, college, and university. The successful candidate will become part of an I/O program dating back over 40 years. Kansas State University has the only I/O Ph.D. program in the state of Kansas. • Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or closely related fi ld from an accredited college or university at the time of appointment.
• Evidence of potential for a strong research program, as indicated by publications and conference presentations.

\ Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability and willingness to teach two courses per semester on various topics including a range of both \"industrial\" (e.g., psychological testing/measurement, personnel selection) and \"organizational\" (e.g., training and development, group dynamics) courses at the undergraduate and graduate level.
• Ability to successfully secure extramural grants for research and to support students.
