Description
Maize Middle School is seeking a Vocal Music Teacher.
Maize has a lotto offer teachers new to the district and those new to the profession. Allnew
teachers are matched with a qualified mentor and both the mentor and mentee are supported
by our team of Student Support Specialists and Instructional Coaches. New teachers also
participate in 8 half day professional development opportunities throughout the school year.
Our teachers are encouraged to continue to learn and grow. We offer a professional learning
series that qualifies for college credits. Tuition reimbursement is also a great perk!
Safe and well maintained facilities are another great feature found in the Maize district. The
intermediate, middle, and high schools all have school resource officers, and all schools have
physical safety features built in. The two intermediate schools are in their second year and
were designed to allow amazing collaboration. The district also recently opened an aquatics and
performing arts center that houses our staff workout facility.
