Job Description

Cintas is currently looking for a Regional Recruiter to manage the recruiting initiatives within the First Aid, Safety and Fire Protection regions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: developing, implementing and managing a recruitment strategy by partnering with Regional leadership to ensure effectiveness, consistency and compliance; establishing and continually building relationships with colleges, universities and other organizations to identify talent sources for the Region; attending job fairs, conferences and other recruiting events; conducting interviews and managing job postings and candidates in the automated staffing system to align with Affirmative Action Plans and diversity initiatives.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum 3 years experience with hiring, staffing and recruiting for management trainees, high potential candidates and management-level positions

  • Minimum 5 years relationship development and program management experience

  • Ability to travel up to 30% with overnight stays

  • Proficiency in an applicant tracking system and MS Office programs

Preferred

  • Experience with Affirmative Action Plans

Education

Bachelor's Degree (+16 years)
