Job Title: Program ManagerJob Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to design and facilitate workshops, create an engaging learning environment, and drive employee development. The ideal candidate will coach and mentor employees, conduct assessments, and provide insights into leadership development. You will be a culture champion, collaborating with stakeholders to foster a continuous learning and growth culture while staying current with professional trends.

Responsibilities

  • Design and facilitate workshops for virtual and in-person delivery.

  • Create a dynamic classroom environment that encourages learning and engagement using best practices in instructor-led classroom design methods.

  • Coach and mentor employees regarding personal and career development.

  • Conduct and debrief assessments at departmental, team, and individual levels to identify growth opportunities, diagnose problem areas, and identify root causes.

  • Provide insight into branch succession and leadership development conversations.

  • Act as a culture champion who models and cultivates a vibrant employee experience.

  • Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to identify talent development needs.

  • Stay current with professional trends; attend educational workshops, review publications, and maintain personal networks.

  • Support development tracking and reporting processes to measure progress and impact of programs, implementing improvements as needed.

  • Apply change management methodology to projects and initiatives.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with learning management systems and training development.

  • Proficiency in creating and implementing corporate training/development programs.

  • Ability to speak with employees at all levels, from new hires to upper management.

  • Experience delivering training and presentations in a business and adult setting.

  • Knowledge and application of training and development principles and adult learning theory.

  • Strong written, verbal, and public speaking skills.

  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Teams.

  • Ability to plan, manage, prioritize, and schedule projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or Communications required.

  • 5+ years of experience in training and development, including instructional design with the ADDIE Model.

  • High emotional intelligence and strong listening skills.

  • Ability to give and receive specific, constructive feedback.

  • Resilient and flexible with a passion for learning and development.

  • Ability to build credibility and effectively collaborate with leaders, business partners, and colleagues.

  • Ability to travel as needed, typically not exceeding 25% of the time.

Work Environment

This role is based on-site at the Lenexa, KS office, with up to 25% travel to other corporate offices. You will have high visibility to individuals, teams, and leaders across the organization and will play a key role in enhancing the learning culture.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00
