Aston Carter Office Admin in Lenexa, Kansas


• Answer incoming phone calls, directing to appropriate teams and team members

• Keep office stocked with appropriate office supplies

• Assist sales team with customer information

• Handle all inbound and outbound shipments for customers and vendors

• Create sales orders in e-Automate, modeled after the sales person proposals

• Monitor Basecamp for all requests regarding inventory

• Create purchase orders for needed inventory items

• Receive inventory, paying close attention to serialized items

• Manage relationships with vendors for submitting purchase orders

• Pull and allocate equipment for delivery, ensuring equipment matches the sales order

• Invoice sales orders for delivery to customers

• Create and invoice new contracts for new system installations

• Manage code sheet process for Legacy Oracle Micros systems

• Accept payments by credit card for customers

• Perform full inventory on a monthly basis

• Manage customer backline contracts with Oracle

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent organization skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel

• Proficient with Google email and knowledge of either Google Apps or Microsoft Office

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• A customer-centric approach to service
