HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Using your keen problem-solving skills, you will investigate and suggest resolution for customer concerns. With a high level or organization and degree of accuracy you will complete and manage of all department notifications, tracking notification trends and working with management to identify and assist with implementation of corrective and preventative actions.
What will you do?
Provide input on process improvement as it relates to notifications.
Investigate and determine the trend and follow-up for service related issues.
Create credits, debits, orders and returns for notifications
Complete and document the root cause of service notifications; identify and assist with implementation of corrective and preventative actions.
You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing information as it relates to notifications, providing regular reports to management and sales
Notify Customer Service Representatives and supervisor of keying errors and coordinate root cause and preventative action follow-up.
Provide ongoing training to Customer Service Department on creation of notifications, root cause identification and error prevention.
Act as liaison between Customer Service, Technical Service, Collections, Contracts and Distribution for all notification questions and investigations.
Enter technical notifications as requested by the Technical Service Supervisor. Coordinate price discrepancy resolution.
Backup data maintenance department as assigned.
How will you get here?
Possess high school diploma or GED minimum, Bachelor degree preferred. Possess excellent oral and written communication, and problem-solving skills. Prefer at least three years inbound call center/customer service experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
