Location

This position will be based out of Omaha, NE or Lenexa, KS. These are shared service centers in a professional office setting.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Technology Leaders in the Industry and contribute to the efforts in the Kiewit Technology Group

  • Exposed to various technologies including .NET, C#, SQL Server, Windows, etc.

  • Learn the process of Agile Methodologies

  • Evolve into becoming a strong contributing team member of Kiewit Technology Group

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or related field

  • Desire to begin and grow a career in Information Technology

  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Ability to work directly with business users and communicate effectively using business terms

  • Takes initiative and strives for continuous improvement

  • Effectively able troubleshoot and solve problems

  • Ability to work in an Agile environment

  • Works well independently and with a team

  • Strong ability to communicate risks or potential problems to managers
