Performance Contracting Group seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant for its Corporate Headquarters office based in Lenexa, KS .This individual will assist in supporting the Leadership Group Executive Assistants administrativelyand in the planning and execution of large-scale company events.
This position is responsible for the following duties:
Directly support the Leadership Group Executive Assistants.
Ensure the efficient and seamless coordination of activities related to the Leadership Group and their related businesses.
Performs a full range of administrative or executive support tasks, some of which could be highly confidential and sensitive.
Additional office support will be required, such as receiving mail, screening and responding to emails, creating reports and assisting other administrative positions.
Effectively manage calendar and travel arrangements as needed.
- At least 3 years of high-level administrative support experience is required.
Demonstrated experience with supporting one or more executives with a busy calendar, completing complex reports and managing work flow.
Must have strong computer skills and be highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
Demonstrated experience handling confidential information and sensitive data.
Excellent organization, follow-through and customer service skills required.
Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, including tact and professionalism, plus solid business writing skills: grammar, punctuation, proofreading.
Assist with event execution and willing to travel when needed.
