Children's Hospital Association Director of Clinical Analytics in Lenexa, Kansas
Job Descriptions:

Where You’ll Work
This position is based in our Lenexa, Kansas office. We leverage a hybrid working model working three days in the office, two days optional remote work.
What You’ll Do
Lead member-facing interactions between CHA and hospitals engaging with CHA’s clinical data solutions (https://www.childrenshospitals.org/content/topics/data-insights) . In doing so, helping children’s hospitals maximize value by identifying opportunities for improvement in clinical operations, quality, and outcomes. This role requires a unique ability to combine health care knowledge and improvement principles to help hospitals identify best-care practices.
Assist the Vice President of Analytics in recruiting new clinical data participants.
Manage the implementation and onboarding process of new participants.
Develop an engagement strategy for members by reviewing user engagement data.
Plan and present updates for primary users through regular outreach.
Arrange effective meetings and conferences to showcase the value of CHA data product participation.
Manage requests for custom analysis and other consultative work.
Oversee the review and modification of standard reports and standard metric definitions.
Plan & direct educational opportunities for users (virtual, on-site, and on-demand).
Oversee the curation of relevant content for education and communication, review and approve written materials prior to publication.
Required Experience:
What You’ll Bring to CHA
Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) in Business, Administration, Public Health, Education, or other related field required; Master’s degree preferred
10+ years’ experience in health care administration, health care quality or health care consulting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong information management skills
Ability to apply state-of-the-art technology
Ability to develop and present information in varied mediums; strong public speaking/facilitation skills
Thorough knowledge of the health care industry
Knowledge of statistical analysis methods
Knowledge of contract negotiation practices/principles.
