+ Answer all questions, calls and emails in a timely manner.
+ Ability to navigate AS400.
+ Able to articulate e-mail, fax, and verbally communicate in a clear and concise manner.
+ Order entry.
+ Order status.
+ Provide product information and pricing.
+ Process credits, return authorizations and factory charge backs.
+ Submit changes or cancellations on orders.
+ Tracking shipments.
+ Review of daily reports.
+ Document filing.
+ Monitoring stock levels.
+ Track inventory, budgets, catering supplies, etc. to ensure the Showroom is prepared for all activities.
+ Provide issue resolution to customers and ensure key information is documented in our customer and ordering system.
+ Communicate with dealers, vendors, distribution centers, and designers using positive and professional email etiquette and phone skills.
Requirements:
+ Superior verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently
+ Strong attention to detail, ensuring purchase orders are placed in a timely manner and any questions regarding purchase orders are handled properly
+ Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities dynamically to meet deadlines and changing goals
