Children's Hospital Association Analyst, Application Systems in Lenexa, Kansas
Job Descriptions:
What You’ll Do
Work closely with business units and users supporting applications that they use
Provides production support, including troubleshooting and resolving problems, performing scheduled activities, training, end-user support, report writing, recommending solutions, options, or alternate methods to meet requirements
Manage the vendor relationship for the applications you are responsible for
Partners with vendors and internal IT stakeholders on integrated IT requirements/solutions
Collaborates with business units to enhance functionality and automation through the design, build, test, and deployment of dialogs, workflows, custom workflows, and plugins
Required Experience:
What You’ll Bring to CHA
Enthusiasm and passion, a desire to learn and grow, ability to collaborate, a desire to be empowered and accountable
Previous experience as the subject matter expert for business applications, including ownership of the vendor relationship
Examples of CHA tools include Certain Events, Qualtrics, Boomi, SalesForce, Financial Force, Globalscape, and ServiceNow
Understands the application systems and assists internal staff/external children’s hospitals on application needs
Primary point-of-contact for business units to optimize solutions for specific needs, including adding fields, creating forms/views, reports, etc.
Where You’ll Work
This position is based in our Lenexa, Kansas, office. We leverage a hybrid working model with three days per week in the office.
