Using exceptional relationship skills, has a focus on maintaining accounts through superior customer service and upselling. AM’s could manage both reseller and director employer relationships in providing biometric screening, incentive management, and analytics derived from insights from onsite wellness clinics and related services within Health & Wellness. Responsible for managing strategic ownership of accounts through the development of client relationships with executive level clients and partners, including Fortune 500 accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with H&WS Sales Executives in transitioning new business to their existing book of business.
Responsible for maintaining H&WS relationships and service levels and growing business relationships within employer and reseller customers.
Expand and enhance H&WS business relationships with existing national clients by upselling, increasing participation, and ensuring compliance for existing business.
Maintain positive customer relations and supply customers with information concerning all H&WS products and services, demonstrating superior responsiveness to Client/Partner requests to ensure loyal clients.
Seek opportunities for cross-selling of other Wellness products and services.
Meet or exceed base budget and sales quotas, while managing accounts to minimize account attrition and negative volume variance.
Identify customer concerns, customers in jeopardy, and consult with customers to identify products and solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Responsible for learning and maintaining proficiency in technologies at a level to sell the capabilities of our technologies to clients including Wellness Engine, Qscreen and reporting systems.
Will receive specialized training and will be responsible for getting certified in various product/program lines in order to operate and train other end-users on H&WS client applications.
- Bachelor of Science or Arts Degree; degree in Business desirable; experience may be substituted for a degree; course of study in project management or planning also desirable.
Three or more years of successful sales experience with a fortune 1000 company.
One or more years of experience identifying and closing new business.
Experience with laboratory information systems preferred.
Health care industry experience strongly preferred.

Business acumen, including confidence in presenting and discussion business issues with Benefit Managers and Directors.
Demonstrated negotiation skills and business acumen.
Experience making independent decisions and manage large projects that directly impact our business and the business of our clients with proven time management and territory management skills.
Fully competent in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SalesForce.com.
Strong skills needed in consultative problem solving, attention to detail, financial and operational analysis and process review.
Ability to travel up to 20% in order to establish, maintain, and advance a sales pipeline for all products and services and/or resolve issues.
