Conduent Senior Delivery Management Analyst, Client Relations (BenefitWallet Relationship Manager) in Lebanon, Kansas

Conduent is looking for a client-focused Relationship Manager within its BenefitWallet unit, with experience in CDH Products, to join our team!

  • Manages a set of BenefitWallet clients with overall responsibility to grow the client portfolio while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Experience within Consumer-driven health accounts & employee benefits administration industry preferred

  • Experience managing mid to large size clients with HSA, FSA, HRA, COBRA and Commuter offerings a plus

  • Participates in the definition of the business strategy along with the clients and the upper managers.

  • Ensures business units meeting client SLAs, adhere to business unit metrics and accomplish account performance.

  • Leads innovation and efficiencies of business opportunities, applying processes improvements and/or new systems.

  • Responsible for client growth and attrition in portfolio.

  • Responsible for collections of past due invoices for portfolio.

  • Documenting client details and maintaining updated records.

  • Partnership skills both internal and external to build client satisfaction.

  • Miscellaneous administration tasks such as weekly reporting of pipeline, calling efforts, weekly meeting updates, etc.

  • Generates reports on performance measurement and KPIs in order to facilitate business decisions.

  • Responsible for business unit compliance with organizational policies and local regulations.

  • Responsible for the successful implementation and execution of the business continuity plan (BCP).

Minimum of 2 years' experience of client relationship management for mid to large clients, required.
