The Role / Responsibilities:

  • Support our users and ensure the timely delivery of release notes and technical documentation by taking highly technical information and translating it into clear, user-friendly content.

  • Write customer-facing documentation for our online help site (https://help.passfort.com/), where you\'ll document everything from using new features to troubleshooting procedures.

  • Support others in creating internal documentation and keeping our knowledge management up to date.

  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business, including the Product, Design, Engineering, Support, and Success teams to understand what content is required, gather feedback, and gain approval.

Qualifications

  • Experience driving and delivering high-quality user-facing documentation through a help authoring tool such as Paligo or MadCap Flare, managing the document lifecycle from discovery to measurement.

  • Contribute to, use, and uphold our tone of voice and style guides. Understand how to use writing resources and assist others referencing them.

  • Collaborate with other writers and stakeholders to audit and maintain existing content to improve clarity and accuracy.

  • Experience working with and writing API and developer documentation.

  • Advise and drive Screening on best API writing best practices and methods.

  • An understanding of the principles of good user experiences; you\'ll care about accessibility, consistency and writing appropriately for both technical and non-technical members of your audience.

  • Become a product expert and show a passion for building high-quality software products.

  • Desired, but not required, is experience writing technical content for a SaaS or Fintech audience.

  • Create in-app content that supports users with information where and when they need it. Familiarity with WalkMe or Pendo is ideal.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is\$82,400.00-\$119,450.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
