Randstad is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Associate. We are supporting a global engineering and procurement company in Leawood. A successful candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization. Responsibilities
Supports current, past and future labor force as it relates to HR services, company processes, policies, and benefits utilizing the case management and telephony tools.
Serve as a front-line agent for all HR inquiries, providing appropriate routing to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) when needed.
Commits to data security and maintaining and protecting employee information including Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Personal Health Information (PHI)
Administers benefits programs and ensures accurate and timely processing of enrollments, changes and terminations.
Updates employee records in PeopleSoft HCM tool.
Leverage process documentation and maintain updates as needed.
Escalates system usage issues to HR Systems team and partners to determine solution.
