Kforce Service Desk Analyst II in Leawood, Kansas

Kforce is looking for a Service Desk Analyst II for a contract to hire opportunity with a logistics company in the Overland Park, KS area. This is a Customer service position providing the first point of customer contact for IT related requests and issues.Key Tasks:

  • Acts as an advocate for the customer ensuring proper focus is maintained and attention brought to service issues and requests

  • Develops competencies to perform basic identification, evaluation, prioritization, and resolution of problems related to hardware, software, networking, and other computer related technologies

  • Candidate must be technically hands-on and proficient, as well as customer and service oriented

  • 3 years in a service desk or technical support environment

  • Superior communication written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Exceptional customer service attitude

  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several

  • Abstract and concrete variables

  • Experience with SCCM

  • Experience with PowerShell
