Aston Carter Franchise Administrator in Leawood, Kansas

Description:

Clerical duties such as data entry, reviewing contracts, and organizing files.

Scanning files to banks

Answering Inbound phone calls from team members at 28 franchise locations.

Customer Service to the various team members from franchise locations

Training new team members/realtors on the software.

Using Microsoft Teams and phone to train and troubleshoot issues.

Assist keeping track of franchise fees

Account tracking

Basic Accounting (no software experience or degree needed - applicable would be working at a bank as a bank teller)

Handle documents with sensitive information

Experience with customer service

Look and act professional
