This includes serving as the subject matter expert on CrossFirst Bank's products, services and systems, as well as actively resolving client questions and issues. Ensure a quality experience for clients by providing a timely response to internal and external client inquiries, as well as collaborate with team members to resolve issues.Communicate with clients by online chat, telephone, email or in person to provide accurate information regarding inquiries, including resolution or account adjustment.Proactively identify service issue trends and internal procedures adversely affecting client satisfaction.Support cross-functional process improvement efforts and meet service levels while promoting the highest standards of efficiency, profitability, client service and ethics.Serve as a resource for Bankers and other Service team members.Build trusted relationships internally and externally; promote and encourage a favorable reputation of the Bank with clients and the banking community at large.
