ATI is hiring for a Client Account Manager who is responsible for B2B client management and sales support. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day relations and account maintenance for our clients.? This includes providing account information and pricing to our Customers and Sales Personnel.? In addition, this individual works directly with our billing department to process sales orders and returns.

Responsibilities:

n


+ Build, grow and maintain productive relationships with key Account Contacts/Sales Personnel.

n

+ Responds to Customer inquiries/information needs, and provides positive, courteous service to Customer/Sales Personnel.

n

+ Answers questions regarding products, pricing, and proof of delivery.

n

+ Works with the appropriate internal department to process invoices, quotes, returns, and credit card payments.

n

+ Works with the shipping department to expedite or ensure timely delivery of scheduled shipments.

n

+ Communicates pertinent customer concerns or issues to Sales Personnel.

n

+ Keeps client information up to date in D365.

n

+ Assist in maintaining Sales Personnel?s monthly pending report.

n

+ Prioritize decisions for business outcomes.

n

+ Works with IT to test (UA) for new products and processes.

n


Education and Experience:

n


+ Bachelor?s degree or equivalent preferred. High school education or equivalent required.

n

+ 2-3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales support.

n

+ Technical aptitude

n

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Outlook, D365, Excel, PowerPoint

+ Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and customer service skills

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

n

+ Previous leadership experience preferred
