Job Description

Responsible for internal organization of the Student Senate and overseeing tasks completed by senators. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for compiling and distributing Student Senate minutes, legislation, and other public documents via the student senate website and to other entities.

  • Overseeing office hour responsibilities of Student Senators along with running the Electronic voting system.

  • Oversee the development of student senators and have meetings with each senate constituency group.

Required Qualifications
  • Enrollment in a minimum of 6 credit hours at KU.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Student Senate.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Initiative and innovative.
  • Word experience.
  • Web experience.
