We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for specific department functions and assist with employee relations issues, questions, and concerns. The ideal candidate will build and maintain effective working relationships with staff at all levels of the organization. This role involves assisting with all aspects of recruitment and onboarding efforts, conducting new hire orientation, maintaining and updating HRIS information, and auditing employment-related documents for accuracy and compliance. The HR Coordinator will also assist in evaluating reports, decisions, and results of the department in relation to established goals.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for specific department functions.

  • Assist with employee relations issues, questions, and concerns.

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with staff at all levels.

  • Assist with all aspects of recruitment and onboarding efforts.

  • Conduct new hire orientation.

  • Maintain and update HRIS information.

  • Audit employment-related documents for accuracy and compliance.

  • Assist in evaluating reports, decisions, and results of the department in relation to established goals.

Essential Skills

  • 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

  • Experience using Kronos, UKG, and/or other ERP software.

  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite software.

  • Knowledge of HRIS software.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and establish credibility as a trusted HR professional.

  • Familiarity with employment laws and standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.

Work Environment

The position is based in a manufacturing setting, with work conducted in the office Monday to Friday. The role requires the flexibility to work an additional 5-10 hours as needed. Consistent opportunities for professional growth and profit-sharing bonuses are offered annually.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00
