In this role you will serve as the technical liaison between our internal team and the client to ensure that all targets and requirements are completed on schedule and within scope. You will provide input into the development and management of the overall client technical project roadmap and domain strategy as well as plan, manage and support client go lives and upgrades. Maintaining a strong client relationship will be key to success as you will be responsible for facilitating day-to-day operations and communication

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in CIS, MIS, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

  • At least 3 years of information technology work experience

  • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position

  • Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of health care information technology work experience

  • At least 3 years of project management work experience

  • At least 3 years of system administration or engineering work experience

  • Project Management Professional certification


  • Up to 20% travel required

  • Must live in or willing to relocate to the Kansas City, MO area

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
