SKC Communication Products LLC Project Accountant in Kansas
Title: Integration Accountant
Work hours: Between the hours of 8:00-5:30
Location: Shawnee, KS
GENERAL PURPOSE
General purpose is to support the administrative and accounting needs of SKC's Integration Department. Ability to multi-task is critical.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Update and complete information in Sales Force and Microsoft SL
Assist designated project managers with administrative/accounting issues for assigned projects
Participate in introduction calls with customers before projects commence to reinforce billing expectations as outlined in the scope of work and negotiate new terms when needed
Enter all customer orders into system for projects which includes working with multiple departments to ensure efficient processing
Reconcile orders in the system against original quotes and customer purchase orders throughout the course of a project
Create and manage progress billing for projects
Invoice all project customers, occasionally creating pro forma invoices to meet customer needs as well as other necessary paperwork
Make collection calls for any unpaid project invoices
Manage customer accounts to ensure all transactions are paid/refunded appropriately
Create miscellaneous reports for management as requested
Provide support and work with supervisor
Meet or exceed individual goals
Provide suggestions regarding overall process improvement
Maintain confidentiality
Provide any other support to ensure SKC operates up to standards on a daily basis

Ability to sit for long periods of time entering computer data, researching leads, and telephone communication (up to eight (8) hours). Ability to be detail oriented, work without supervision and must be available during working hours.
