As a CommunityWorks Consultant, you consult with clients on service line workflow, and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts; provide solution oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders; and drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients. You also mitigate solution risks and issues; execute workflow and process improvement strategies; lead client meetings and events; and drive internal team initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care, Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

  • At least 4 years’ software implementation work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years’ health care information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or support work experience

  • Experience with Cerner’s Physician Experience solution


  • Willing to travel up to 100% as needed

  • Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City Metropolitan area or currently reside in a previously approved location
