The Valet Parking Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences by quickly driving, parking, and retrieving guests vehicles and assisting guests during their arrivals and departures while following safety standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Quickly and safely drive, park, and retrieve guests vehicles
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with customers, coworkers, and clients
- Greet and assist guests according to client and Towne Park guidelines during their arrival and departures
- Post up in designated area when not completing other tasks as instructed by Site Leader
- Provide information to guests as neededincluding parking rates/retrieval procedures, site amenities, areas main attractions, and directions
- Follow attendance and safety/security standards as set by clients and Towne Park
