WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Tool and Equipment Repair Technician will report directly to the Store Manager. This position will be responsible for repairing tools and machinery from the Total Tool rental fleet as well as customer-owned tools as needed. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify and repair any issues with electric, gas, air or hydraulic equipment, specifically small engines and tools

  • Determine replacement parts to efficiently repair equipment

  • Test repaired equipment once completed

  • Communicate effectively with our vendors and other team members

  • Maintain and keep a clean work environment

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • 3+ years of experience in small engine or tool repair

  • Strong mechanical aptitude

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Possess attention to detail

  • An exceptional work ethic

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to stand on a hard surface for extended periods of times

  • Ability to lift 50lbs on a daily basis
