P1 Group is seeking an exceptional Outside B2B Sales Professional for our Kansas City territory.

P1 Group is looking for a Sales Professional to join our outside sales team that is high energy and has a proven track record. - MUST live in general area of specified sales territory – Kansas City Metro Area.
- Sales experience preferred but not required.
- Open minded and willing to learn new methods and concepts.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. A Bachelor’s degree is a HUGE plus.
- Must have at least one year of continous full-time work experience in a customer service related role or a sales related role.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Sales hunter mentality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication.
- Energetic and positive attitude.
- Passion for learning.
- Highly professional demeanor.
- Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, social media, networking capabilities and email.
- Must be able to satisfactorily pass a drug screen, criminal background check and motor vehicle record check. Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Must be able to meet P1 Group qualifications to operate a vehicle on company business. Must have access to drive a well maintained vehicle with an up to date registration with the local Department of Motor Vehicles. Both the candidate and the vehicle must be currently covered on a personal insurance policy.
