Responsibilities
A paramedic can react quickly and accurately to changes in a patient's condition and/or response to treatments; he or she can effectively communicate with coworkers (EMT, other paramedics, other facility staff, security, sporting staff) about changes in the patient's clinical condition; and he or she is knowledgeable about reporting child/adult abuse in a reasonable manner.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Current and valid paramedic license issued by the State of Kansas (KS) and/or the State of Missouri.2. Current BCLS (AHA or Red Cross) certificate upon hire and maintain current.3. Minimum of one (1) year as a paramedic in an EMS or in an acute care hospital setting: E.R. setting preferred. Facility Specific Requirements (facility may require items listed below): Stadium Venue: (Children’s Mercy Park)
