How you will make an impact
• Assisting Sales and Project Team with the day to day requirements of project needs • Answering Phones, Ordering Office Supplies and Breakroom Supplies • Distribute Incoming mail & packages / Send Outgoing mail & packages • Processing Contracts and Change Orders • Processing and Maintaining all Project Paperwork and Electronic Files • Requesting Insurance and Bonds per Contract Requirements (Internally) • Maintaining our CRM system (via Purchasing, Change Order Requests, etc.) • Freight Coordination • Facilitate Weekly Project Review meetings with Sales and Project Team • Assisting with Submittals as needed • Maintaining Sample Library • Compiling Project Closeout Documents • Help implement & carry out company processes and procedures
Skills: • Detail Oriented – Ability to pay attention to various details of a project or task • Organized – Possess the ability to be organized by following appropriate processes and procedures • Mange Time & Multi-Task – Handle multiple requests at a time and follow through with each request in a timely manner, prioritize daily task based on deadlines • Proactive – Able to plan ahead and be prepared in advance • Communication – Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely both written & verbally • Persistence- Ability to complete tasks or continue in a course of action despite opposition or discouragement • Team Player – Ability to collaborate and build relationships with others in an effort to complete a tas Requirements - Job related experience
Prior experience in a supervisory role required
Comprehensive knowledge of Construction Projects
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
