Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure their proper functioning.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with machinery.
Repair or replace faulty components, such as motors, belts, bearings, and sensors.
Conduct preventive maintenance activities according to established schedules to prevent breakdowns and prolong equipment lifespan.
Inspect machinery for signs of wear and tear, corrosion, or other damage.
Calibrate and adjust machinery settings to optimize performance and efficiency.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with other team members, such as engineers and production staff, to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in maintenance techniques and technologies.
