Job Description:
CDM Smith is actively seeking to grow our project management information systems (PMIS) team! This position will support our Federal programs and projects in developing dashboards, implementing enterprise-wide software solutions, and addressing unique client data analysis and management needs.
Edits and enhances data in functional information management products of moderate size and low to moderate complexity. Performs quality control or quality assurance measures to check data, using specific methods prescribed by others. Modifies simple applications developed by others. Develops documentation for functional applications, including documentation (an account of the application screens and the logic and flow of each screen) and user guides (an account of how to effectively use an application). Tests applications developed by others. Develops test plans and supports end users for specific applications. Assists with the procurement configuration, deployment and management of Virtual Machines or other supporting hardware and software for projects of moderate to high complexity. Tests hardware and/or software using pre-specified testing algorithms developed by others. Develops simple designs (database tables, database fields, screen layouts, etc.) under review by others. Participates in requirements gathering meetings with clients and develops meeting minutes and requirements lists. Develops use cases under supervision. Manages schedule and budget for small tasks as needed. Trains staff and clients as needed, primarily in one-on-one situations. Creates proposal graphics. Supports sales efforts via project work and client interaction that may contribute to follow-on work. Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Management or related discipline. 3 years of related experience. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with PowerApps, SharePoint, and Construction Management software platforms

Skills and Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills. Good verbal and written communication and organizational skills. Possesses strong teamwork and collaboration skills and an ability to work well in fast paced environments requiring daily shifting of priorities. Good knowledge of Information Management applications and techniques. Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to research, assess, recommend, select, and implement information technology that aligns with organizational needs. Demonstrated knowledge of business systems analysis, relational database design and data modeling, planning, design, and implementation of information technology infrastructures and software, software development life cycle and programming fundamentals, and software quality management and security practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Visual Studio.
Background Check and Drug Testing Information:
