The Role

What’s the job?

  • Maintain a safe and clean work area

  • Install, calibrate, repair, overhaul, maintain, construct, modify and install equipment and components

  • Maintain, repair, and modify building infrastructure.

  • Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic/pneumatic systems (airlines, solenoids)

  • Inspect, diagnose, and implement corrective actions on equipment and building systems

  • Review blueprints/technical drawings and work orders in order to install, troubleshoot, and repair

  • Perform preventative maintenance

  • Install, adjust, repair, modify machinery, controls, rigging, and installation equipment

  • Demonstrate knowledge of applicable ‘code’ requirements as may pertain to equipment/buildings

  • Work independently

  • A written skill/knowledge test is administered prior to employment offers.

The starting pay is $32.10/hour, and the rotating schedule is as follows:

  • Work Saturday - Friday (7 days) 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM (1st shift)

  • Off Saturday - Tuesday (4 days)

  • Work Wednesday - Tuesday (7 days) 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM (3rd shift)

  • Off Wednesday - Thursday (2 days)

  • Work Friday - Thursday (7 days) 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM (2nd shift)

  • Off Friday (1 day)

  • Repeat schedule

Requirements

What do you bring?

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Reliable attendance

  • Ability to follow safety protocols and plant rules

  • Availability to work 8–12-hour shifts, include days, nights, and weekends
