Purpose:

Responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and review of financial policies, plans, procedures, analyses and controls. Typical areas include accounting, planning and forecasting, payroll, treasury, audit and taxation.

Responsibilities:

  • Create all new customer records for the region

  • Importance of branch, sales tax filing, sales representatives

  • Eliminate segregation of duties for customer creation / sales order / billing for the region

  • Data Integrity of E-Automate enterprise resource planning (ERP)

  • Review and Manage CEOJuice (Business and Artificial Intelligence for Copier Dealers, backed up by a team of industry experts) Reports daily

  • Monitoring audit controls and processes for region (she would have limited access within EA to reduce risks and SOD conflicts)

  • Assist with the preparation of reported results and supporting schedules.

  • Assist in the preparation of Standard Analysis to understand variances to outlook, trend.

  • Assist with preparation of outlooks, plans.

  • Provide support to external and internal audit activities and internal controls testing to meet the requirements of internal controls and SARBOX.

  • Assist with ad-hoc analysis, helping to provide accurate and insightful business analysis and support Business Reviews.

  • Participate in LoB specific financial analysis - business hydraulics, tracking of improvement initiatives etc.

  • Participate in specific LoB activities to support business planning. Examples include the calculation and validation of LoB factors, business modelling and contract change impact analysis.

  • Support the outsourced provider with the resolution of escalations (Intercompany, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets).

  • Provide support to external and internal audit activities and internal controls testing to meet the requirements of internal controls and SARBOX.

  • Support the outsourced provider with the resolution of escalations (Intercompany, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable).

  • Supporting the creation of customer records and updates to master accounts in ERP system.

  • Perform monitoring activities for internal controls.
